Collier Building Industry Foundation The Collier Building Industry Foundation (CBIF), a 501(c) 3 organization, was established in 2005 to operate the charitable arm of its parent organization, The Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA). CBIF`s mission is to provide housing-related educational activities, including assisting students in understanding and pursuing rewarding careers in construction, engineering, architecture and related trades. Hands-on experiential learning opportunities are provided as well as annual scholarships to high school and college students. To date, CBIF has awarded over 50,000. in scholarships to deserving students.
