Membership

We’re More Than Homes. We Build Communities.

Membership at CBIA represents an opportunity to increase the awareness and profitability of your business through networking, sponsorships, and educational programs while investing in the future of the building industry.

Builder members range from large companies to individual contractors and include developers; commercial, custom single and multifamily builders; remodelers and general contractors. Associate members represent housing-related business and industries including trade and specialty contractors; building material manufacturers, suppliers and distributors, lending institutions, real estate companies, attorneys, accountant, architects, engineers, designers and more.

Our cornerstones of ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, NETWORKING and PHILANTHROPY represent the foundation for our diverse array or programs and services. CBIA is at the center of connecting business professionals in the building industry in Collier County. At CBIA, we work hard to meet the needs of our members in a constantly changing industry.

What is the cost of membership to CBIA?

Membership is $825 and is an annual membership. With this membership you receive membership to the National Association of Home Builders, the Florida Home Builders Association as well as to the Collier Building Industry Association. As part of this network, you have access to a wide range of information, resources, activities and services that can help contribute to the success of your business.

Is the cost of membership different if I’m not a builder? No. Membership costs $825 for all members: builders, developers, remodelers and associate members.

What is needed to get the most out of my membership?

There are many ways to get involved in CBIA! Council and Committee participation is one way. Within the CBIA we have a number of Councils and Committees that have been formed over the years in order to focus in on some of the major areas of the industry. These special interest groups are a great way to become more involved and proactive in the organization and in the community in general.

Marketing and Sponsorship opportunities are another way. There are numerous opportunities available for our members to market their products and services to the industry and the general public. Member companies quite often do business with other CBIA members. Members can expand their business network by attending meetings and events. Businesses can also gain more exposure by advertising in our publication, the Business Builder or exhibiting at trade shows and events.

Lastly, come to our events! There’s no better way to meet people and network than at our many events. Stay up-to-date with our events by checking in to this website weekly and by reading our monthly publication, Business Builder.
