Dianne D. Beaton is the Owner and Visionary Diva at 2DiFore Marketing Solutions, LLC, specializing in marketing, business development strategies, web design, web management and unique branding initiatives that incorporate social media platforms.

Dianne has substantial experience and success in Business to Business and Business to Consumer markets. Her can do attitude has resulted in many successful fundraising events as well as revenue generating programs for the companies and organizations she is involved with. She has over 40 years of award-winning marketing and business management experience in the service business area.

Dianne holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Hesser College, has obtained the professional designations of CGA and CAPS, and is an accomplished instructor with the National Association of Home Builders. She was inducted into the NAHB Society of Honored Associates in 2005 and named the NAHB CGA Designee of the Year in 2005. In January of 2015 she was installed as the NAHB National Associate Chairman and recognized as the NAHB 2014 Associate Member of the Year. In 2023 she was named the NAHB Associate Advocate of the Year and in 2025 named the FHBA Woman of Distinction.

Her association activities include 2026 NAHB PWB Trustee, 2024 FHBA Membership Committee Chair, NAHB Alternate BUILD-PAC Trustee for Florida, 2021 Chair of the NAHB Membership Committee, 2017 Chair of NAHB Public Affairs & Communications, 2015-2016 NAHB National Associate Chair, and 2012 Chair of the NAHB Associate Members Committee. She is a founding member of the Suncoast Builders Association Professional Women in Building Council, a 2023 NAHB Senior Life Delegate, and was twice named New Hampshire HBA Associate of the Year.

She lives with her husband Bill in Ruskin, Florida. They have grown children, 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Cali Clardy brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a lifelong connection to building and real estate to her role as Chair of the Professional Women’s Building Council.

Raised in the construction and real estate industries, Cali developed an early understanding and appreciation for what it takes to build successful projects, businesses, and lasting professional relationships. Over the past decade, she has played an integral role in building and growing RefinedBuilders, bringing her industry experience, leadership, and passion for design and construction to the company.

Cali has also been deeply involved with the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) for more than 15 years. Her commitment to the organization and the local building community led her to serve as President of CBIA for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025. Through her years of involvement, she has developed strong relationships throughout the industry and has remained committed to advocating for and supporting the professionals and businesses that make up the building community.

As Chair of the Professional Women’s Building Council, Cali is especially passionate about creating opportunities for women in construction, building, real estate, design, and related industries. She believes in the power of mentorship, education, collaboration, and strong professional networks to help women grow their careers, businesses, and leadership skills.

Having spent her life around construction and real estate, Cali understands both the opportunities and challenges women encounter in the industry. She is committed to using her experience and leadership to bring women together, encourage the next generation of female industry leaders, and create an environment where women can connect, support one another, and succeed.

Born and raised in the Italian Alps, Michaela Henning studied architecture in Venice, Berlin, and Graz, Austria. A free-spirited curiosity and desire to experience different cultures shaped her education and early career across Europe before she became a licensed architect in Italy and eventually made Southwest Florida home.

In 2010, Michaela co-founded Hlevel Architecture with her husband and partner, Brandt Henning. Over the past 15 years, she has helped grow the Naples-based practice while designing residential and commercial projects throughout Southwest Florida and beyond.

Her work is rooted in a human-centered approach to architecture, with a focus on sustainability, resilience, well-being, and creating spaces that respond thoughtfully to how people live and work. As a woman, architect, business owner, and mother, Michaela brings a perspective shaped not only by design, but by the experience of building a career and a company while navigating the many roles that come with both.

She believes that curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to keep learning are essential: not only to good architecture, but to building a meaningful and lasting career.

Alexa Warner is Co-Founder of Fuse Specialty Appliances & Plumbing, bringing more than 28 years of experience in the appliance industry. She has played an integral role in growing Fuse into one of Florida’s premier destinations for luxury appliances and plumbing. Alexa is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting her team, and creating a customer experience centered around service and expertise. Her leadership continues to shape Fuse’s growth while keeping people and partnerships at the heart of the business.
