| Developers Council |
Chairperson: Tom Wegwert, Crystal Building Services
This council will deal with issues that directly affect the real estate development industry and will also have a direct effect on our homebuilding industry. It also works and coordinates closely with CBIA's Governmental Affairs and the Executive Officer. It is an opportunity for Developers, Builders and Consultants to keep their fingers on the pulse of County and State issues, meet and greet members and network with your colleagues.

| Finance Committee |
Chairperson: Greg Ulrich, KGT Remodeling
CBIA watchdogs ensure Association's expenditures stay in line with the budget. Made up of member CPA's and businesspeople. Meets once a month.

| Golf |
Chairperson: Kevin Deardorff, Hill, Barth & King
Organizes the annual spring and summer golf outings and companion buffet lunches and awards ceremonies.

| Governmental Affairs |
Chairperson: Tim Hancock, Davidson Engineering
Strives to keep lines of communication open between the industry and Collier County Growth Management Division through informal meetings and educational seminars with city, county and state staff on current issues. Monitors local, state and federal legislation and provides commentary, if necessary, on pending legislation that affects the building industry.

| Parade of Homes Committee |
Chairperson:
CBIA annually presents the single site and multi-site parade in Naples’ finest communities. The single site markets modles designed and constructed specifically for the event at Lely Resort. The multi-site showcase of new homes represents newly constructed homes/communities throughout the County. Committee members assist with recruiting sponsors and builder participants, selecting judges, and writing TV and radio commercials.

| Plans Room |
Chairperson: Jim Flanagan, FlanaConsulting, Inc.
Seeks out ways to enhance the use of the Plans Room, improve the facility and educate the members on the benefits of using the Plans Room.

| Spike Club |
Chairperson: Dave Arter, Private Client Insurance Services
The Spike club is a leadership club comprised of an elite group of members who have been recognized for outstanding achievements in membership recruitment and retention. Special perks of “Spike status” are social events, programs and awards at the local, state and national levels for which only Spike Club members are eligible. | Remodelers Council |
Chairperson: Tom Dardis, CAPS, CGR, ProFloors
This council provides a forum for businesses specializing in remodeling. They have meetings at sponsor locations, networking mixers and roundtables with County/City representatives at the CBIA location. The RMC also spearheads a community project each year. This is an award winning council! RMC members also receive benefits from FHBA and NAHB for their membership of $60 annually.

| Sales and Marketing Council |
Chairperson: Robyn Bonaquist, B-Squared Advertising
This council is the Sales and Marketing division of the CBIA. The goal of this council is to provide the building industry with sales and marketing assistance, as well as education. The SMC also spearheads the annual Toy Drive for students at Pinecrest Elementary School in Immokalee. The Sand Dollar Awards (which are the Oscars for our industry) are also under the purview of a subcommitee in this council. There are various subcommittees of which members can participate. SMC members also receive benefits from FHBA and NAHB for their membership of $60 annually.
